Amateur Television (ATV) at Pacificon
Amateur television (ATV) is the use of ham radio frequencies for television transmission. This includes ATVer's showing their shack, radio projects, and just plain old "rag chewing", but can also be used for emergency communications in times of crises. A picture, or better yet, moving pictures, often are better than a thousand words. It's easy and all you need is a Technician license! So come join the ATV fun. It is another exiciting form of amateur radio communications that Ham's provide to their communities.

An ATV forum is scheduled for Sunday at 8:00 a.m. in the Pleasanton and Danville Conference Rooms.
